Aleks joined Cota Capital as a Vice President in 2022, focusing on accelerating growth and creating value for Cota’s portfolio companies. Previously, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company where he worked with clients in the US, Europe, and Asia. There, he led transformational growth programs at B2B Technology leaders and supported investors with some of the largest Enterprise Software transactions of the last decade. He has substantial experience in Growth Strategy, Go-To-Market Strategy, and Commercial Due Diligence. Aleks graduated summa cum laude with a BBA in Finance and Economics from the University of San Diego.
