Brad has over 20 years of experience offering deep industry expertise in go-to-market growth, strategy, product innovation and capital raising for global FinTech companies, as well as innovative start-ups. 

He is currently the Executive Vice President and GM for Ecosystem at Novo. Brad is responsible for expanding Novo’s platform beyond business checking and lending products.

He has held executive positions at Intuit, PayPal, Splitit and Visa with proven results in scaling customer-facing operations at large and small organizations responsible for customer and revenue growth. Prior to Novo, he was the CEO and Board Director at Splitit (ASX:SPT) where he led the company’s global expansion including raising over $70M in new capital. 

Prior to Splitit, Brad spent a decade serving in executive roles at Intuit, Paypal and Visa and has served as a board member and strategic advisor to various startups. 

Brad is a graduate of the University of Newcastle in New South Wales, Australia, where earned a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, with a major in Marketing.
