Ryan Flax
Investor Relations Associate
Ryan Flax joined Cota Capital as an Investor Relations Associate in 2025.
As a member of the Investor Relations team, he focuses on building relationships with limited partners and raising capital for the firm.
Prior to joining Cota, Ryan was an Analyst at M2O Private Fund Advisors, where he specialized in private equity fund placement and secondary advisory. He also gained experience at The McLean Group, providing M&A advisory services to clients in the government contracting, aerospace, and defense sectors.
Ryan holds a B.S. in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
