Tala Farhatnia joined Cota Capital as an Investor Relations Senior Analyst in 2026.
As a member of the Investor Relations team, Tala works closely with limited partners and supports the firm’s capital raising and investor engagement efforts.
Tala brings experience in finance and fundraising, having previously led capital-raising initiatives at a dual hardware/software startup. She also managed investment operations at Laird Norton Wetherby and client services for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals at a family office. Earlier in her career, she served as an Analyst within the Synthetic Products Group at Goldman Sachs in their London and Salt Lake City offices.
Tala holds a B.S. in Business Administration in Finance from the University of San Francisco.
