Harp has over 20 years of experience building and scaling customer success and services functions to deliver growth, retention, and adoption at companies of all sizes.
Most recently, Harp served as VP of Customer Success at SecureAuth Corporation, a privately held enterprise cybersecurity software company, where he led customer success, professional services, and support teams globally. Between 2007-2017, Harp led professional services and account management functions at Saba Software and was responsible for successfully leading the transition of on-premises customers to a SaaS deployment model. Prior to Saba, Harp served in alliances, services, and account management positions driving revenue and customer growth at Business Objects/SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft.
Harp holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Kingston University in Surrey, England, and an MBA from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC, Canada.
