Michael is an accomplished go-to-market leader, bringing extensive expertise to drive scalable revenue growth for early and growth-stage companies. His key strengths lie in formulating and executing repeatable go-to-market strategies, assembling high-performing teams, and optimizing processes and infrastructure across sales, marketing, and customer success functions.

In his most recent role as Global VP at Lumigo, Michael successfully recruited and led a dynamic go-to-market team, achieving substantial increases in both new ARR and NRR despite challenging economic conditions. As Chief Revenue Officer at Rollbar, he played a pivotal role in guiding the company from an early-stage through a successful Series B.

His earlier career includes impactful roles with Microsoft, where he served as the first Country Manager in Vietnam and was a founding member of their SE Asia headquarters in Kuala Lumpur/Singapore. Additionally, Michael held significant leadership positions at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a minor in computer science from DePauw University.
