Pete has spent over 30 years in the enterprise IT space in product management, product marketing and sales. During the past 10 years he has specialized in DevOps tooling. He was the first sales/product marketing person to join AppDynamics landing their first customers in the US, then built the early sales teams in Europe and Asia. Staying in the APM space, in 2015 he was one of the founders of Instana which was sold to IBM in 2020. Recently Pete has been focusing on helping young enterprise IT product companies with their GTM strategy focusing on positioning and sales process along with funnel creation strategies. Pete graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Physics. His first job was as a quantum mechanic.
