Sam Blumenfeld joined Cota as a Senior Fund Accountant in 2025.
Prior to Cota, Sam was a Senior Audit Associate at Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP, where he provided assurance and advisory services for Venture Capital clients. Sam worked closely with fund managers, administrators, and investors to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance across complex fund structures. Sam graduated with a B.A. in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California.
